Maintenance Integrated Technology Services offers customers maintenance agreements to protect their investments and give them peace of mind. Our maintenance agreements give the customer technical support and cover parts and labor for their equipment needs. Customers under maintenance agreements are given emergency support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We always have technicians on call and can respond to your system issues at any time of the day. All the parts and labor are covered under the maintenance agreement signed between the customer and ITS. Even telephone sets are covered, if a set goes bad, call into the Customer Response Center and a replacement set will be delivered to your site to replace the one that failed. The only items that are not covered under maintenance would be UPS units and any Moves, Adds or Changes (MACs) that the customer may request when adding or changing something within the office.
