Unique Phonebar Interface

CTILink’s unique phonebar interface allows users to run their current applications without the interference of the TUI during call control functions. This feature allows the user to run primary applications such as Excel, a sequel program, or any other application, and maintain telephone functionality without the two applications interfering with each other. A user can receive valuable call information, identify the caller, answer calls, and transfer calls while performing word processing or database updates during the process.

Delivering the Most Advanced Integration

CTILink supports Mitel’s advanced Interface MiTAI, Mitel’s Telephony Application Interface, providing the most advanced integration available for Mitel’s Voice Processing platforms available in today’s market. This integration also supports IP Telephony to provide functionality to an advanced

Telephony User Interface (TUI) for soft phone applications and Computer Telephony Integrations (CTI) for ANI screen pops and DNIS routing of inbound calls. Outbound dialing from applications and call rules can be applied to provide sophisticated call control. The Impresa IVR integrates to provide collection of information in the IVR to be passed to the desktop.

CTILink’s standalone and client server integrations allow companies to deploy applications to Enterprise Networks for a single user or multiple users cost effectively.

CTILink provides the tightest and most complete integration to Microsoft Outlook and Exchange 2000 by providing an OCX bar in the contacts database and directories. This integration provides multiple inbound searches to local and public contact files. The outbound capabilities allow CTILink to dial any phone number from inside or outside of the contact record.

CTILink’s family of products – CTILink, CTILink Server, CTILink Recorder and CTI Call Block– utilize the same Com Object integrations providing the same function calls throughout the entire family of products.

CTILink is easily installed through a software download via the Internet and is registered by the number of users. Once the evaluation copy is installed the user can email, fax or call the Customer Service Department of CTILink to register the software without the need to reinstall.

CTIBlok

Protect your telemarketing campaign from costly fines. Blocks calls to numbers that are on a state "do not call list" even if there is no computer on the desktop.

CTIBlok resides on a single PC and monitors all inbound and outbound calls passing through the PBX. It has an easy to use interface that allows the user to select the extensions to be monitored, maintain the "do not call list" and view a call log of all inbound and outbound calls.

  • Disconnects a dialed call if the dialed number is in the CTIBlok restricted number list. Blocks the call even if there is no computer on the dialer's desk.
  • Maintains a log of all inbound and outbound calls including extension, dialed or dialer number, call direction, date and time of the call, duration of the call and whether the call was a blocked call.
  • Users can edit the restricted list to add or delete numbers.
  • Allows calls that are on the restricted number list to go through if they are dialed from specific extensions. This allows an agent to place a call to an established client even if the client's number is on the restricted list
  • Easily import new state restricted lists into the restricted number database while maintaining user added numbers.
  • Provides the ability to archive the restricted list and phone log by date and can automatically rebuild indexes in the event of database corruption.
